Do my friends need accounts?
No. Add them as players — a first name is enough — and every game they play is tracked — leaderboard, head-to-head and commander history — without anyone signing up. They can link their own account later if they want to log in.
Is it actually free?
Yes. The whole tracker — leaderboards, rivalries, commander and colour stats, and the full game log — is free to use. No credit card, no trial, nothing locked behind a payment.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. No trackers, no ads, no data selling — your pod's history belongs to your pod. Read the privacy policy →
Can a player get their own account later?
Any time. When they sign up, link their account to their existing player and every game they've already played stays attached — no history lost.
Can I import the games from my spreadsheet?
Yes. A pod owner can import a CSV of past games, so the spreadsheet you've been keeping doesn't go to waste. It replaces the pod's history in one go, so it's best done when you're starting out — and you can export the same file any time as a backup.
Is this an official Magic: The Gathering app?
No. Commandery is an independent tool for tracking your own Commander games, built by a player. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro.
