Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Commandery (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), a small tool for tracking Magic: The Gathering Commander games within your play group. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Who we are
The Service is a hobby project built and run by one person in Denmark. It’s free to use, and it’s offered as-is — there’s no company, no guaranteed uptime, and no support desk beyond the contact details at the end of these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you must provide accurate information when you sign up. You’re responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential — you’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
- An account is for one person. Don’t share login credentials.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- break the law, or use the Service to store or share unlawful content;
- upload other people’s personal data without a legitimate reason to do so;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service, or build a competing product from it;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Your content
The pods, player names, game results and other information you enter remain yours. By using the Service you grant us the limited permission we need to store, process and display that content back to you and to the other members of your pod, purely so the Service can function. You’re responsible for the content you enter and for having a legitimate basis to record information about other players.
Intellectual property & fan content
Magic: The Gathering, card names, mana symbols, set names and related imagery are the property of Wizards of the Coast. The Service is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. The Service’s own code, name and design are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Availability & “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We take backups and try hard to keep your data safe, but we can’t guarantee it will never be lost or unavailable — if your game history matters to you, keep your own copy of anything important.
Donations
The Service is free. You may choose to support it with a voluntary donation through our donations provider. Donations are just that — they don’t unlock features, they’re not a subscription, and they’re generally non-refundable. Nothing you rely on today moves behind a paywall later.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or its users at risk. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll try to let you know first.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of a free, as-is service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Since the Service is provided free of charge, any liability we do have is limited accordingly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we’ll update the date at the top, and where appropriate we’ll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes will be subject to the Danish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
